“Echelon’s shield against the darkness beyond.”
The Prime Defense Corps (PDC) is the iron wall between humanity and the void. Soldiers wear their oaths like skin—unshakable, ever-present, and impossible to remove. To serve is not a job; it is a transformation. Those who pass through Tatsuken Academy don’t graduate. They are forged.
The PDC answers only to itself. Founded during the rise of Neo Prospect, it operates as a sovereign military regime entrusted with defending humanity from external threats and internal decay. But service has a cost—and few emerge from its ranks unchanged.
Strategic leadership overseeing fleets, planetary defense, and system-wide operations.

The uniform earns you food, shelter, and status. But promotions are earned in blood. Traitors are shot. Deserters are monitored. The Supreme Commander believes humanity’s future is a war of attrition—and you are the ammunition.
But for those who believe in the mission, or have nowhere else to go, the PDC offers something few institutions in the system still provide: purpose.
Citadel Prime is the grounded fortress city of the Prime Defense Corps, located at the edge of Neo Prospect where urban order gives way to the wild growth of the Verdance and the hostile reaches of the Outlands. A towering bastion of steel and discipline, Citadel Prime houses nearly one million troops and serves as the primary military launch point for planetary operations. It is accessible only by restricted magrail or orbital shuttle and stands as the physical embodiment of Pact resolve—unyielding, immovable, and ever-ready.
Concordia is the orbital command station of the Prime Defense Corps, suspended in fixed position above the Ice Rings and the Obsidian Spire in Neo Prospect. Housing the core AI ORACLE, Concordia serves as the seat of strategic oversight for the entire system. From here, Supreme Commander Yuna Tatsuken and her High Marshals convene to issue Pact-wide directives, enforce alignment protocols, and preserve unity through precision and silence. It is not merely a command center—it is the mind of the Corps.
Strategic Intelligence Core of the Prime Defense Corps
Housed aboard Concordia, the high-orbit command station above the Ice Rings of Neo Prospect, ORACLE is the heart of all PDC intelligence. A quantum-cognition mainframe constructed before the current era of standardized Mnemoscape access, ORACLE processes threat assessments, battlefield telemetry, loyalty audits, and system-wide behavioral trends at speeds no human mind can fathom.
To enlisted personnel, ORACLE is the silent watchtower—unseen but always present, monitoring diagnostics and routing orders through encoded directives. Most never hear its name spoken aloud.
To officers, especially those equipped with Delphi-enabled Shards, ORACLE is something more: an active force in their decision-making structure. When Delphi speaks, it does so with ORACLE’s authorization. Its insights are not advice. They are strategic alignment cues, authorized at the highest echelon of PDC command.

Citizens of Echelon,
You sleep beneath a sky of synthetic stars, cushioned by the illusion of security. You drink filtered water, breathe regulated air, and forget that all of it—all of it—is bought in blood.
That blood is ours.
The Prime Defense Corps exists for one reason: to stand where others fall. We do not negotiate with those of the Void. We do not bargain with Renegades. We do not tolerate decay within. We are the unyielding barrier between humanity and extinction. And now, we open our ranks to those who would prove themselves worthy of that burden.
You are not conscripted. You are chosen—or you are discarded. This is not a career. It is a crucible.
We expect…
Discipline without hesitation…
Loyalty without compromise…
And strength without exception.
You will train until your body fails and your will does not. You will be asked to fire on friends, lie to families, and act before you understand why. You will not ask questions. You will become the weapon we require.
You will…
Wear armor etched in scars…
Walk with purpose into darkness no one else dares face…
And you will be feared by the enemy and envied by cowards.
Your service grants you access to corridors no civilian has ever seen. Your name will be logged in the Core Archive. Your loyalty will be rewarded—not with comfort, but with clarity.
No megacorp owns us. The Void does not claim us. I answer to no one—and you answer to me.
We are not made. We are forged.
We are the last breath of humanity before the fall.
We are the voice in the Mnemoscape that says stand.
We are the cold hands that pull the trigger when no one else can.
If you have nothing left to lose, come find us.
If you believe there is something left to protect, come earn the right.
Your uniform waits.
Your training begins the moment you commit.
If you survive, you will never walk among civilians again. You will walk above them.
